Evans Ave Denver, CO 80208 Please bring your mobile phone and credit card for the silent auction and cash bar if you wish to drink an alcoholic beverage other than wine. Dress code: Cocktail Attire Cash bar for alcoholic beverages other than wine 5 pm VIP admission ticket: In addition to the general admission ticket, join us for a cocktail hour from 5 pm to 6 pm featuring an intimate concert performance along with two complimentary cocktails and delicious appetizers before the gala begins. 6 pm General Admission Ticket: Arrive at 6 pm for drinks accompanied with dinner, French desserts, dancing, as well as auction items you won't want to miss. 9 pm Drinks & Desserts Ticket: Arrive at 9 pm for desserts, drinks and dancing from 9 pm until 11 pm. Program: 5 pm VIP Reception 6 pm Arrival of All Guests 6:45 pm Dinner 7:45 pm Dinner ends 7:45 - 8:45 pm Program, Speakers, Honored Guests, Paddle Raise 9:00-11:00 pm Desserts & Dancing with DJ 11:00 pm End of Evening Guest Parking Information (Paid parking, $2/hr) Step 1: Enter Lot E by proceeding South on High Street from Evans Avenue Step 2: Take an immediate Left into the driveway leading to the garage. Step 3: As you enter the garage, go Right as indicated by the Visitors sign. Step 4: Choose an available parking space within the Visitor Parking area. Step 5: Walk south to the Payment Kiosk. Kiosk instructions -select enter license plate -Enter license plate number and confirm green button -Pay for parking ($2/hour) -Transaction completed- you have the option to print a receipt but it is not needed for your car dashboard. Step 6: Walk SE (out the back from the garage to the Joy Burns Center (Building with red and gold dome). The main entrance is on the west side of the building. À bientôt !
